BACKGAUGE FEATURES
The DUAL DRIVE GAUGE FRAME is ideally suited for Up-Stroking pressbrakes, and for applications where large return folds are required. The slim but extremely rigid alumimum extrusion has a mimimum holding force of 500 lbs. The guidance system and precision rolled ball screw are enclosed inside the gauges themselves, to ensure they are fully protected from any outside elements such as welding grit dust.
The gauges are driven by a closed loop DC Servo System with built in over load protection. The Dual Drive has been engineered to suit pressbrakes from 6 feet (2m) to 12 feet (3.6m) giving the maximum accuracy and flexibility where it is needed, right at the gauging surface.
